Manufacturing times

• To maintain the exclusivity of our designs, all our products are made to order . We don't work with stock; our work system is on demand. As soon as we receive your order, we purchase the raw materials and manufacture it from scratch, just for you.

• The usual delivery time is 3 to 10 business days (mainland, Balearic Islands, and Portugal), 10-15 days (Canary Islands and EU), and 15-20 days (other destinations), provided that the product sheet does not specify a specific manufacturing time for that item. If the product sheet specifies an estimated manufacturing time , that will be the delivery time that applies. For custom manufacturing, the minimum lead time is 4 weeks.

• Delivery times can vary greatly depending on the time of year and the availability of raw materials, and can take up to 12 weeks. In these cases, the delivery time will be clearly specified on the product sheet. Therefore, we always recommend that if you are clear about what you want, don't think too long about it, as by the time you place your order, there may be no fabric left or production may already be complete.

• To avoid having to exchange your size and wait for a new production, please carefully review the size guide and check that your measurements are correct. If you have any questions or are between sizes, please indicate your measurements in the blank box before completing your order, so we can take them into account when manufacturing your order.

• If you're delaying production because you're planning to lose weight, are pregnant, or for any other reason, you can still place your order and ensure the fabric and production time . Just let us know in the blank box when you complete your order, or send us an email later. We won't put it into production until you confirm the size and when you need it, always allowing a 4-week lead time.

• If the estimated delivery time is too late for you, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can discuss the possibility of delivering it sooner. We'll do our best ;)

• By the way, we don't offer discounts . On the contrary! Our prices increase as raw materials and labor costs increase because, as you know, we don't keep stock; everything is made to order. So if you wait because you think we're going to lower the price, three things can happen:

1) That when you go to order it, the delivery time is very long because the material has run out and will no longer arrive on time.

2) The price may increase because one of the materials is no longer in stock and must be ordered ex-process for you. Buying 100 meters is not the same as buying 3 meters. The price of the raw material changes substantially, and consequently, the price will increase.

3) It runs out completely and can no longer be manufactured. We depend on many suppliers, not just ourselves. All it takes is for one of them to stop manufacturing one of the materials that make up the design, and from one day to the next, it can no longer be manufactured.
