Return policy

 All our items, including Outlet pieces, are made to order especially for you. We are not a conventional shop; we are a haute couture atelier where every piece is 100% handmade. We do not mass produce or keep stock.

As soon as an order is placed, we purchase the raw materials and organise production exclusively for that order, from start to finish. For this reason, our return policy is different from most online stores, and we kindly ask you to read it carefully before purchasing.

We accept exchanges within 14 calendar days, provided that the item has not been used and is returned in perfect condition, with all original labels attached, in its original packaging, free from odours, make-up stains, creams or marks on the soles. We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking or staining the soles. When trying on garments, please avoid wearing make-up, perfume or body creams to prevent stains or odours.

Once the returned item has been received and approved by our quality department, and given that these are made-to-order products, we will issue a voucher with no expiry date for the same value as the returned item(s), excluding the shipping costs corresponding to your area. These shipping costs will be deducted from the voucher to cover the shipment of future orders placed using it. If the voucher is used accross multiple purchases, shipping costs will be deducted accordingly from each order.

Only one exchange per order is permitted. If an exchanged item is replaced with another item, the replacement item cannot be exchanged again.

Items that have been personalised or made to specific measurements cannot be exchanged.

Production time for orders placed using a voucher, or for size exchanges, is at least 4 weeks.

 

RETURN PACKAGING

Products must be returned in the same shipping boxes used for delivery, or in equivalent protective packaging, to avoid damage during transport. If your order was delivered in two boxes, it must also be returned it in two boxes.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

The return must be sent to our logistics centre, at the address indicated bellow, using the courier service of your choice and ensuring that it is received within 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered, either to the shipping address or to a collection point (Parcel Shop), and not from the date it is collected by the customer.

RETURNS FROM NON EU-COUNTRIES

We do not cover import costs, customs duties or taxes incurred by returns from countries outside the European Union.

Returns from countries outside the European Union must be shipped under Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with all customs duties, import taxes and shipping costs fully paid by the sender at origin.

Any return sent with pending customs charges, unpaid import duties or additional fees will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

Bgo & Me reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions and timeframes described above or if the item is not received in the same condition in which it was originally sent.

In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal is restricted, as all Bgo & Me products are manufactured after the order has been placed. No stock is kept, as all products are produced exclusively at the request of the final customer, pursuant to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007).
