Manufacturing times

• To maintain the exclusivity of our designs, all our products are made to order . We don't keep stock; our work system is based on demand. The moment we receive your order, we purchase the raw materials and manufacture it from scratch, just for you.

• The standard delivery time is 3 to 10 business days (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal), 10-15 days (Canary Islands and EU), and 15-20 days (all other destinations), unless a specific manufacturing time is indicated for that item on the product page. If an estimated manufacturing time is specified on the product page , that will be the applicable delivery time. For custom-made items, the minimum lead time is 4 weeks.

• For orders placed using vouchers, or in cases of size or model exchanges, the minimum manufacturing time is 4 weeks. To avoid having to exchange your size and wait for a new order, please carefully review the size guide and ensure your measurements match it. If you have any doubts or are between sizes, please provide your measurements in the blank field before finalizing your order, and we will take them into account when manufacturing your item.

• Delivery times can vary considerably depending on the time of year and the availability of raw materials, sometimes taking up to 12 weeks. In these cases, the delivery time will be clearly specified on the product page. Therefore, we always recommend that if you know exactly what you want, don't hesitate too long, as the fabric may be out of stock or production may already be complete by the time you place your order.

• If you're delaying your order because you're planning to lose weight, are pregnant, or for any other reason, you can still place your order and secure your fabric and production slot . Simply let us know in the blank box at checkout, or send us an email afterward, and we won't start production until you confirm the size and your delivery date, always allowing a 4-week lead time.

• If the estimated delivery time is too late for you, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can explore the possibility of delivering it sooner. We'll do our best.

• By the way, we don't have sales . On the contrary! Our prices go up as raw materials and labor costs increase because, as you know, we don't keep stock; everything is made to order. So if you wait because you think we're going to lower the price, three things can happen:

1) That when you go to order it, the delivery time is very long because the material has run out and it will no longer arrive on time.

2) The price might increase because one of the materials is no longer in stock and has to be specially ordered for you. Buying 100 meters is not the same as buying 3 meters. The price of the raw material changes substantially, and as a result, the price will increase.

3) That it runs out completely and can no longer be manufactured. We depend on many suppliers, not just ourselves. It only takes one of them to stop manufacturing one of the materials that make up the design, and from one day to the next, it can no longer be manufactured.
